Additional Service
Baby seat
There is an additional charge £6 extra for a baby seat. You may advise us on the age of the baby when making a booking in the comment box so we can provide the right size. We offer seats for children up to 3 years old.

Additional stop on the way
There is a charge for additional stops on the way. Generally £5 per stop (not diversion). When making a booking you may let us know in the comment box or ask us before you book by contacting us and letting us know where you need to stop (postal code if possible)

Diversion
Any diversion on the journey must be specified in the comment box while making booking and we will reconfirm the price for the journey including your diversion as soon as possible. Or send us e-mail for a quote before booking the car online.

Checking your flight
When you book we will take your flight number and scheduled arrival time so that we are able to monitor your flight for any delays.

Waiting time
We usually send the driver into the terminal 15 minutes after actual landing time for European flights and 30 minutes after for intercontinental flights, unless you specify otherwise. This is to allow you time to clear customs/passport control and for collecting luggage. The driver then stands inside at the Airport Information desk in the arrivals terminal with a name board. Thereafter we allow you an additional 30 more minutes waiting time for free.

Car Park fee
When travelling from the airport we include the car parking fee in the price. The passenger does not have to pay for parking from the airport

Business Invoice Account
Our "Business Invoice Account" provides you with a pre-agreed credit limit against which you can make reservations. Invoices are sent on a fortnightly basis.

TFly Corporate Account
Our "TFly Corporate" this account enables the client greater flexibility in making reservations, there are no minimum journey requirements, and no service charges. You simply make a reservation using a security code and your provided payment card is charged using our state of the art secure payment gateway.

TFly Retail Account
Our "TFly Retail" this account has been designed with retailers in mind. Much like our TFly Corporate it offers greater flexibility. There are no service charges. You simply make a reservation using a security code on our website and your provided payment card is charged. Ideal for Travel agents Tour Operators.
